The track listing printed on the rear tray liner lists Disc 2 track 6 “Epilogue” as a single track but it is indexed and listed as 2 tracks on the CD label.

Page 3 of the booklet states: “Compact Disc cut by Laurence Diana at CBS Studios, London 1985
First released in the UK in June 1978”
It also states the album was recorded from May 1976 to July 1977.
The spine lists the catalogue number as C2K 35290. The front of CD1 lists this, followed by a number specific to CD1 only (CK 35291) and the DIDP number (070015). CD2 does the same, except its CD2-specific number is CK 35292 and its DIDP number is 070016. Some other versions of the CDs are missing the leading zero in the DIDP number (starting with 7 instead of 07).
Sticker on back inlay states “IMPORTED AND DISTRIBUTED BY” (in both English and French) followed by “SONY MUSIC CANADA INC.”, followed by their address, followed by “NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION OR SALE OUTSIDE CANADA”.
